Some prefer to put the best and life long ones. Such people prefer either marble or granite. Marble is much better than granite. Since granite can’t be polished if it becomes dull. Marble can be polished if it becomes dull after some years due to usage.

Marbonite is another option which is a combination of both marble and granite. It also doesn’t need polishing. It is better to use tiles for the toilets If we put tiles to three fourths of the wall as well it gives a good appearance for the toilets.

In olden days they used tiles made from mud just as they make terracotta items. These come with shine and easily manageable. It will be ideal for the kitchen which needs to be cleaned with water everyday.
